Hello everybody,

Firstly, we (CNNR and Math0) would like to say thanks to our QBO's Adminstrators for setting up the English Zone for all of us to practice and enjoy English language.

Also, we would like to say thanks to you for letting me and Math0 moderate this English Zone. We believe that we QBO's members can have a great time sharing together .

And now, warm welcome all of QBO members here to join our zone. Let's make this zone become a corner to study English, to make friends, to express our thoughts and to have fun, okie?

We know that in our forum, there are many people are good at English such as Rec, Math0, QuynhQB, Xvetta, Gim, vagabond, Ledangtrung. Also many of you are studying abroad like Nang_va_Gio, goals, Trungk, lxh, Rieng, etc. We hope that all of you guys will join this zone to build a useful community for QBO people.

One more thing, even though this zone is for English, if you feel it's too hard for you to express your words because of your "poor English", you can speak in Vietnamese and we can help each other to translate it into English, okie ?

Lastly, although our English is still not good enough, we will do my best to be active in this zone, and, very important - without you guys, we can do nothing.

Dear you guys, there are a lot of ways to communicate in reality, people can use verbal, signal, act, etc… conveying ideas and exchanging information. English is easy or difficult? Look the deaf and dump people use non-verbal language, I’m sure that you will find out your own way to speak English. Therefore, English is easy.
English has four skills; listening, speaking, reading and writing. There is no way to gain success except you do practice regularly. Be good at listening, do listen. Be good at speaking, do speak and so all.
You guys often think listening and speaking are the most difficult. In fact, English is difficult depending on the learner purpose, ability and methodology.
- Purpose here means you learn English for what, for fun, relaxation, communication, making report, writing essay, etc… and base on the learner purpose people will know which material is learnable.
- Ability as you guys mentioned before that is the talent so I do not call it out.
- Methodology is the process of learning. Like swimming, you learn the basic step first, learn how to breathe and float in the water, and then learn how to move. If you quit, you will be sunk.
In order to learn English well, people must do practice as much as they can and they do not afraid of mistakes. Practice make perfection, and mistakes make improvement. And I like this talk; “The more making mistake, the more improving”.
Hey you guys! Joining here means to share, to help, to learn, to improve ourselves!
Thank you very much CNNR, math0 and others, you pointed out a lot of misused words, grammatical mistakes, and wrong sentence structure which others can improve fiercely.

Hi all,

I think that we need to find a slogan which will be a nice status for English zone.

Right?

I'd like to use "An area for general disscussions in English and practice about the English language" as status for English zone. How do you think about that?
