In order to guarantee successful outcomes of Contest, we had spent a lot of time on looking for qualified people to join Judge Committee of Contest. And after a difficult “google” , I am so happy to announce that we have a good list of judges both quality and quantity. Here they are:

Kathleen Clark holds a B.A. in Foreign Language (German and Spanish) and an M.S. in Guidance Counseling from Pittsburg State University and a Ph.D. in Education Curriculum and Instruction from Texas A&M University. After teaching in public schools, she began teaching in the English Language Institute at Texas A&M University in 1979. Since then she has traveled to Portugal, Spain, Australia, New Zealand, and Mexico participating in teacher-student exchanges and learning about educational systems beyond the U.S.A. Her interests include intergrating technology into classroom teaching and finding applications for distance learning in the U.S.A. and around the world.
