Wow... such a great idea since I left QBO. Thanks for calling me and telling me about this, Rec. Eventhough I am not quite free but I will try my best to help all you guys to accomplish this project.

Hi guys, I think now is the time we organize it in a professional way. The most importance is what we call " Ban bệ". We need the information of following staffs:
- The judges
- Program committee.
- Sponsors.
I think we all know the roles of the staffs. However, I have some recommendation. It would be good if each judge publics his profile so that the candidates can believe in the judges. The numbers of the judges should be 3, 5, or 7.
For the program committee, I suggest that our admins, and Tocxu will take part in.
What about Sponsors??? I have no ideas!!! Maybe someone know how to active this?

@QuynhQB, Riêng, Rec: thanks you guys a lot. I don't feel lonely anymore.

@QuynhQB: Our oringinal idea was to make it eligible for everyone (young, old, and even babies ). However, due to our limited resource, we have to concentrate on these people first (not above 22) to see the effect. If this contest goes so well that we are confident to organize it again I will suggest it be eligible to everyone. As Rec said, you can contribute to this contest a lot by joining the committee. Moreover, you can advertise for it by telling/persuading/even forcing your young friends, brothers, sisters, relatives, nephews, nieces... to join this contest .

@Riêng: hope that you will use your influence to make this contest successful.

Mr Rec asked me for a help this project, but I'm sorry because I will go to Da Nang this weekend for a month. And I can't be online everyday. So that, If I have free time , I will contact to "have a mission", ok?

The contest with affairs laying about in disorder and in the way. So, you can do any job if you can. You can write anything what you think that is well. Giving your suggestion or whatever to warm up the contest.

I really appreciate all of you who I contacted by email/ Yahoo messenger/mobile. And now I am still looking for people to help us to complete the project (Yes, that's a small project. I think so). We are very happy (also the contest would be lucky) if you can do anything for these. Please let Quang Binh know that you love it so much.

Thank for ideas of mr tocxu and rec. I'm also a student who has a big ambition to study abroad at the US. But my English ability is very poor,so it's the largest obscure of mine now. I'm studying English to take the TOEFL exam,but seemingly it's very difficult for me to get enough necessary score to be accepted by universities in the US. I hope that this contest is really useful for ones who want to study abroad like me or who want to improve their english ability to get a lot of advantages in their lives after.
