Quang Binh has a convenient geographic position. It is situated in the national routes from the North to the South and covered with a network of railway, roads, water route, sea port, international border gate of Cha Lo which is very convenient for international trade. Quang Binh province has diversity of land and natural resources, favorable conditions for economic development.
We can say that Quang Binh has all the necessary conditions for socio-economic development towards industrialization and modernization and early integrity into national trend and international corporation.
